Gelato Di Babbo
We would like to point out a few things to our visitors.
Gelati-is plural for gelato. It is not Italian ice and soft serve. Gelato is an amazing Italian ice cream that is lower in fat than American ice cream. Gelato is also much denser in it because there is much less air in it. So, if you are a fan of fat and air you are on the wrong page!
Sorbetti- is the plural for Sorbetto. It is made from water and fruit. However, not all sorbetto is created the same. In fact we use over 2lbs of fruit in our product. Most so called "Sorbetto" companies make their product from a powder and may only add some fruit or no fruit at all.
-All our gelati is handmade the artisanal way, from scratch. There has never been or will be any gelati or sorbetti made from a bag.
-We use Lancaster County local fruits and imported fruits, nuts and chocolates.
